ChatPays is committed to your privacy. This Privacy Statement describes the types of information we collect from and about you when you visit our website (the "Site"), use our computer or mobile applications (each an "App"), or use our online services (the Site, App, and online services are collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Statement also explains how ChatPays may use and disclose such information, as well as your ability to control certain uses of it.



Information You Provide


ChatPays collects personal information from you when you choose to share it with us to use our Service, create an online account with us, request information from us, sign up for newsletters or our email list, participate in a survey or promotion, or otherwise contact us. The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, birthday, anniversary, gender, languages spoken, photo/image, geolocation information, mobile device identifier and, if you are a ChatPays customer, credit/debit card number or other financial information.


You may be required to provide certain personal information to create your ChatPays account. If you use a third party login to create your account (such as Facebook Connect) or otherwise link to us, we may receive certain information about you from the third party (such as a social network) based on your registration and privacy settings on those third party services. You may also choose to provide us with a bug report to help improve the Service, which sends us technical information about your computer/device environment and hardware such as details about amount or type of memory on your device or the presence or type of audio and video cards.


We may combine the information you provide to us with information from and about you that we automatically collect when you use the Service, from third parties, or other online sources.


Information Automatically Collected


We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, or other technologies to collect certain information about visitors to and users of our Service, and interactions with our emails and online or mobile advertisements. For example, we may automatically collect certain non-personal information from you, including but not limited to your CPUID, browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, software version, and the domain name from which you accessed the Service. Information Collected From Other Sources


We may obtain information about you from other sources, including social networks that you use to connect with ChatPays. This information may include name, user name, demographic information, updated contact information, interests, and publicly-observed data, such as from social media and online activity. We may combine this information with the information we collect from and about you to help us tailor our communications to you and to improve our Service.


A copy of phone numbers in your address book (excluding emails, notes, names or other Personal Information in your address book) will be stored on our servers and will be exclusively used to: (i) notify you when a contact becomes a ChatPays user, (ii) inform you which of your contacts are active on ChatPays, (iii) sync your contacts with ChatPays mobile or desktop.




ChatPays may use the information we collect from and about you for any of the following purposes:


To fulfil orders, provide service and communicate with customers;

To develop new products or services;

To respond to your inquiries;

To provide you with customized Service content, targeted offers, and advertising on the Service or on other sites;

To contact you with information, newsletters and promotional materials from ChatPays or on behalf of our partners and affiliates;

To contact you when necessary;

To review the usage and operations of our Service and improve our content, products and services;

To address problems with the Service or our business;

To manage our telecommunications networks;

To protect the security or integrity of the Service and our business;

As described to you at the point of data collection; and

To use and disclose your credit/debit card information only to process payments and prevent fraud.




ChatPays may disclose the information we collect from and about you as follows: (1) to our Service Providers, if the disclosure will enable them to perform a business, professional or technical support function for us; (2) as necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of the ChatPays Terms of Use or of our rights or the rights of any third party; (3) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement or regulatory agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; and (4) as described to you at the point of collection. Except as described in this Privacy Statement, we will not share, sell, rent, or lease your personal information to a third party for its own use.


ChatPays may share aggregate or anonymous non-personal information with third parties.

Also, ChatPays may sell or purchase assets during the normal course of our business. If another entity acquires us or any of our assets, information we have collected about you may be transferred to such entity. In addition, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, such information may be considered an asset of ours and may be sold or transferred to third parties. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to require that the transferee use personal information provided through this Service in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Statement.




ChatPays may contract with third parties to perform functions related to the Service ("Service Providers"). Service Providers will have access to your information needed to perform their business functions, but may not use or share that information for other purposes.




Any information you may disclose to your network of connections on our Service, in blogs, on message boards, in chat rooms, or on other public areas on the Service, becomes public information. Please exercise caution when disclosing personal information in these public areas.




The Service may have links to third-party websites or applications, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the practices of such sites or applications.




Protecting children's privacy is important to us. We do not direct the Service to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of thirteen.




We have taken certain physical, administrative, and technical steps to safeguard the information we collect from and about our customers and Site visitors. While we make every effort to help ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee our security measures.


When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card information) on our forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

ChatPays reserves the right to revise this Privacy Statement at any time. When we do, we will post the change(s) on the Service. If we change the Privacy Statement in a material way, we will provide appropriate notice to you.




We wish to reward you for promoting our services among your friends and acquaintances. We thus designed the Earning Module Program described below (the "Earning Program").

General. The Earning Program allows you to receive reward credits ("Rewards") to your ChatPays Account for referring a friend or acquaintance ("Referred User") to ChatPays ("ChatPays", "us", "we") and for your and his/her usage of the app. The earning potential for users is further enhanced by the creation of user networks where every user invited to the system becomes part of another network.


To participate in the Earning Program, you must have a valid ChatPays Account which is in good standing and you must comply with the requirements and terms of this policy ("Policy").

As the networks grow and increase so does the earning potential for each user. This goes through 8 levels in the hierarchy.


The rewards granted are in the form of Bonuses, defined as follows:


Friends Bonus: The Referred User must be an individual or entity with whom you have a pre-existing relationship. You may not obtain names for referrals from group email addresses, third party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or other similar sources. You may not send unsolicited emails ("Spam") for purposes of generating referrals. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, and in any case you may only send emails to people you have permission to send to and who have granted such permission by "opting-in" to receive your emails. If you send Spam, ChatPays may immediately and permanently terminate your ChatPays Account. You may not refer yourself for the Earning Program.


Matching Bonus: Earnings from Advertise Me are considered "On-Hold" and pending clearance or correction by advertising partners until they are approved for issuance.


Chat Bonus: all earnings on ChatPays that you can use at any given time. The choice is yours: you can either contribute to a charity or cash them out. Available Earnings will not be adjusted or reversed unless the earnings are invalidated by fraud and/or a subsequent chargeback, reversal or claim.

Referred User. Rewards Requirements. You will receive Rewards only if the Referred User meets all of the following conditions: (1) signs up for a ChatPays Account through the referral link provided to you by ChatPays; (2) becomes a verified user of the ChatPays system; and (3) does not already have a ChatPays personal, business or other account at the time of the referral.

Rewards Amount. The amount of the Rewards will be based on ChatPays's calculation of a certain percentage of the Referred User's contribution to ChatPays. The specific factors considered and metrics applied when calculating the Referred User's contribution are subject to change from time to time and are considered highly sensitive elements of ChatPays's confidential earnings algorithm.


How you can use the Rewards. The Rewards shall be credited to your ChatPays Account as "AVAILABLE TO WITHDRAW", via Cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin Ethereum and or Litecoin. Here is how you can use your rewards:

to cash-out to your earnings into your cryptocurrency ewallet, or Mobile payment account

to donate your earnings to Charity;

to cash-out to your Credit Card;

to cash-out to your Bank Card account;

to cash-out to your Bank Account.

The operations presented at points a) to e) from above will incur transaction fees as listed in Donate or Cash Out page.


Illegal Funds and Unlawful Activities. ChatPays has the right to monitor all ChatPays Account activity. You will not use the Earning Program to engage in any fraud, abuse, unlawful or suspicious activity or prohibited transaction (including, without limitation, for money laundering) under any applicable jurisdiction (in particular, the laws of the United States). If (at ChatPays's sole reasonable discretion) ChatPays suspects you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities or conduct otherwise in violation of this Policy or applicable laws, ChatPays reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Earning Program immediately and without notice and your ChatPays Account shall be blocked. If your ChatPays Account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, ChatPays is under no obligation to pay you any Rewards that may be due to you. In addition to terminating your access to the Earning Program and/or blocking your ChatPays Account, ChatPays reserves the right to suspend your access to any of ChatPays's websites, servers, and/or services. ChatPays will be entitled to inform relevant authorities in such case. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, ChatPays reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any Rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to ChatPays, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in the Earning Program in the future.


Changes to the Earning Program. ChatPays strives for consistency in its Earning Program. However, changes in external market conditions, applicable laws or financial circumstances may require changes to the Earning Program rules. Because ChatPays cannot reasonably predict all such external changes, ChatPays maintains the right to modify the Earning program rules at any time, including those rules governing calculation of the Rewards amounts.


Your continued participation in the Earning Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Terms of Service of the Earning Program. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of any changes that ChatPays makes to the Earning Program and the Policy. The most current version of the Policy will be available on the website and will supersede all previous versions of the Policy.


Compliance with Terms of Service.


By participating in this Earning Program, you agree to be subject to the terms of this Policy as well as the ChatPays Terms of Service, the ChatPays Privacy Policy and the end user license agreement/s applicable to the ChatPays Software that you use. You will provide us with any information that we request to verify compliance with the terms of this Policy and we have the right to delay payments if we do not receive from you the requested details.


Without derogating from the foregoing, ChatPays reserves the right to close your ChatPays Account and/or restrict you from participating in this Earning Program if you fail to comply with any of such Terms of Service. You are hereby required to keep in confidence and may not disclose to any third party the details of your ChatPays Account including the amount of Rewards granted to you and/or to which you are entitled. We may amend this Policy from time to time and shall notify you of any material changes. Your continued participation in the Earning Program shall constitute your confirmation of such changes and shall be subject to this Policy as amended.

Program Void. The Earning Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.


This Policy sets forth all the terms of the Earning Program. ChatPays has no other obligation with respect to the Earning Program beyond those described in this Policy.
